5. **Paid, explained, receipted**

  You pay when the job is done (cash, card or Bizum), and you are told what was found and what was done.

## The work we say no to, and why

This business works on locks and doors. It does not make keys. People ask often enough, especially about cars, that it is worth saying clearly:

- No key cutting and no copying of keys, for any lock.
- No spare or extra keys of any kind: house, gate, garage, letterbox or storeroom.
- No car keys at all: none cut, supplied, replaced or programmed.
- No transponder chips and no remote fobs for vehicles.
- No repairs to ignition switches or ignition barrels.
- No keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans.
